You can shop safely on our website. To ensure the security of all financial transactions, we have implemented strict measures. Do you deliver internationally?

We deliver internationally. We trust Bpost with all our national (Belgium) and international deliveries.

We do offer free delivery on all orders above 250 euros in European Union. The duties costs are included in the shipping costs applied on our website.

Shipping costs will be calculated during the checkout process based on the weight, size, and destination of your package. We offer various shipping options to meet your needs, including express delivery services for faster receipt of your order.

The return costs are on the buyer’s expenses.

How can I know when my order will be delivered?

Shipping for In-Stock Products
In-stock and limited edition products, as well as items in continuous edition, will be shipped promptly upon confirmation of your order. We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing tracking information for your package.

Shipping for Handmade-to-Order Products
Some of our products are handmade-to-order and produced specifically for each individual client. Due to their artisanal nature, please allow up to one month for the production of your order. Rest assured, each piece is crafted with the utmost care and attention to detail to ensure your satisfaction.

How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link for your package. You'll be able to track the progress of your order's delivery until it safely reaches you.

Do you offer express delivery?

No. In order to ensure faster delivery in Belgium, you can opt to pick up your order (by appointment) at the showroom. You can also try on your garment there and pay directly on-site. For all visits, please contact us at info@julietteleonelabel.com

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods to ensure convenience for our customers. You can pay for your order using PayPal, Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, and UnionPay. Additionally, we support mobile payment options such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. With this range of payment options, you can choose the method that suits you best. If you have any questions or encounter any issues with payment, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Can I return or exchange my product?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Submit a return request

  1. Log in to your account : In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
  2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  4. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  5. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  6. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  7. Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Who pays for the return shipping costs?
